Please notify us 2 weeks prior to closing (876-7990) for bookkeeping purposes, a $25 transfer fee will be charged. Mandatory Assessments are due January 15th each year. Newsletter, email address, webpage are written, edited and maintained by Cathy Mullenix, Administrator. Newsletter produced 3-4 times per year. Attend our Annual meeting to hear and learn about issues and events that affect our neighborhood and vote for our annual budget to support our community
Participate in Neighborhood Watch by locking up & lighting up and keeping a look out.
Report any suspicious activity by calling 911 ASAP.
