Bay Lakes Homeowners Association is a not for profit corporation.
Annual General Membership meeting is held in October.  Board meetings held monthly, second Thursday. Yearly Calendar published in December Issue each year.  Please notify us 2 weeks prior to closing (876-7990) for bookkeeping purposes, a $25 transfer fee will be charged.  Mandatory Assessments are due January 15th each year.   Newsletter, email address, webpage are written, edited and maintained by Cathy Mullenix, Administrator.  Newsletter produced 3-4 times per year.  Delivered by Children of residents to all 392 homes, 72+ rental-investment properties, also sent to area subdivisions and to all new residents in ourWelcome To Bay Lakes Booklets.”

The Importance of Being Involved in Your Association

Your Homeowners Association exists to ensure that the quality of life in our neighborhood remains the best it can be for all homeowners.  This includes addressing issues relating to crime prevention, security, safety, property maintenance and appearance, parking and conduct of residents.  We strive for this excellence because it benefits everyone and defines our Bay Lakes community.  It is important that, as residents, we all do our part and work together to achieve this.

, Be Aware, read our newsletters and the email Notices sent out, give us feedback. 
Attend our Annual meeting to hear and learn about issues and events that affect our neighborhood and vote for our annual budget to support our community

Participate in Neighborhood Watch by locking up & lighting up and keeping a look out.  
Report any suspicious activity by calling 911 ASAP. 
Become involved with a committee; Maintenance,
Lake Maintenance, Children Activities, Annual Garage Sale, Fall Festival Committee – VOLUNTEER.

BLHA Does not and will not get involved in Neighbor to Neighbor Disputes.  This is a Civil matter handled by Law Enforcement if necessary.
